Who we are
Lucy Thornton and Cyndi Dawes use a participatory design approach to solve problems and make change. We have deep experience working with leaders and organisations to tackle complex challenges.
What we do
We intentionally and carefully work with the people impacted by change including service users, decision makers and staff in organisations. Our work ranges across service design, strategy development, policy design, capability building and all the things in between.
